      Hi Mitch! I’m not familiar with FIA- what is that? Anyway, it sounds like you might be dealing with a femoral nerve entrapment.. you could track down an Active Release Techniques provider, PT, or Chiro to get it evaluated and released.. or as a DIY method, it might help to get in on the psoas, trying to extend the lumbar spine and/or hip while putting some pressure on the psoas- this can be done face down with a lacrosse ball (or softball, if you are thicker in the middle) tucked between you and the floor in the space between your navel and ASIS, aka hip bone.. there are other ways to release a femoral nerve entrapment, but from my experience, none are very DIY-friendly.
