So first crossfit injury ever.. We did 6x Legless Rope Climbs and 21-18-15-9-6 Toes to Bar. At the end of the workout my upper tricep and shoulder killed. I can definitely trace a pain line to where the tricep attaches to the lat.. What on earth did I do? What should I do for recovery? What should I avoid doing in the future? Thanks in advance!
