Hi guys, I have had long head biceps tendonitis for about a year and a half. I got it from overuse when weight lifting. Recently i have felt my shoulder become instable and loose. But not subluxing or anything, just instable. Do you guys have any tips on how to heal the tendons and get my shoulder normal? Thanks for your help!
