Daily Mobility Exercises by Dr. Kelly Starrett › Forums › Shoulder › Shoulder pain with lateral/overhead movements
I’ve always had less than flexible shoulders but recently I’ve been experiencing pain with overhead and lateral movements that remains through the day on some level. I have an office job and I feel the pain when I have my hands on my desk and especially if I lean on anything with my elbows. I also seem to have pain with simple stuff like wiping down a mirror/window when it involves up and down lateral movement? Any recommendations on what to do to work through this?
