        Hi MWOD,

I have lurked for a while and love Kelly’s videos. I have tried different mobilization techniques on and off, and for the past 3 months have mobilized every day. I have had a severe shoulder problem on my left side for years now. No amount of mobilizing has helped it. I don’t have pain in it, but the ROM is very limited. I have included pics below to show how limited it is. Any suggestions on what to do to help? I have tried massaging the T-spine, using different band stretches, using the kettle bell and turning my hand with the band as a distraction, etc. I have also tried seeing a physical therapist, but felt like I was wasting money when they were suggesting things like the sleeper stretch.

        Cheers

First take a look at your standing position.
Contract your abs to bring your ribs down shoulders over hips.
          Trunk organization is #1.

Are you working up and down stream of the shoulder?
Did you make a plan for what you worked on or just putting out fires?
Need to take a new look at how you are approaching it.
