I was searching on the website for videos to help, but couldnt pain i went to doctor and said i have shoulder impingement – rotator cuff injury, i did MRI and i am waiting for results, the strange part is that when i do “wall sides” on the wall i feel my scapula cracking popping, and pain in my anterior delts.
i need help please and also what are the exercises that i should avoid i eliminate all overhead movement but when i did clean and deadlifts i feel discomfort in my shoulder not too much pain but still.
the painful exercise for me is snatch , bench press , chest work, push up and drop snatch is killer:( 🙁
