I have a self-diagnosed right shoulder impingement. It’s not too bad. I mostly feel it when I am begging to press at the bottom of the bench press movement. I also feel it momentarily when I do a lateral raise, with no weight. I’ve decided that I probably do need to rest and let it recover. Can anyone recommend some recovery techniques? Thanks.

I bought the Crossover Symmetry System and it did wonders for my shoulders. I’d highly recommend that.

Thanks, David. I’ll check it out.

At the moment, the system you suggested is a bit cost-prohibitive. Are there any movements you could suggest?

I bought mine from ATGstores for cheaper than anywhere else:

that may still be prohibitive for you.

suffice to say that you need to do mobility work like in Kaitlin’s videos. but working on motor control is the other piece that is necessary and I have not found any method as nicely packaged up as crossover symmetry’s cord set.

Thanks, Kaitlin and David. I’ve found clearing the t-spine and pec minor incredibly helpful. This is a great community. Thanks again.
