Hi I’m trying to get my overhead squat ROM in my shoulders. For the OHS I’ve been doing armpits forward, elbows down and locked out, and shoulders not shrugged to ears. I have to fight to maintain that with an unloaded bar.
So to improve my shoulder mobility I’ve been trying band dislocates. I start off with the same form but I noticed that in order to get the band to go all the way around I hit a wall and to keep going my shoulders have to flip to internal rotation.
Has KStar done any videos on dislocates or can anyone recommend a video?
