Our work with elite athletes serves as the proving grounds for our methods. Most people don’t play professional sports. But if our methods help athletes at the highest levels, they can work for anyone.
Hello everyone. I am a semi athletic but very stiff 43-year-old who has had lower back problems for a decade. This Past summer I hurt my lower back while hiking and found that I had a compression fracture of my L1 from years ago that has kept my lower back in lockdown mode for years. I did physical therapy for a couple months however the heavy core exercises continually aggravated the lower back despite needling and injections and it felt like I was going backwards. I started the trs trial and began a few of the lower back exercises however what is not really clear in my mind is what sort of expectations I should have, and if I should have any particular order or plan. Thanks for the advice. Mike
I guess it’s safe to say that this is not designed to be interactive!
Mike,
Did you follow up with your doctor after not seeing progress with PT?
Is there anyone at you gym who may be able to help you get started or have you done a search to see if there are any coaches in your area who could help get you started?
Can you be more clear on what you are looking for help with.
