      Hey guys,

      whenever I put down my knee (to do the couch-stretch or lunges or whatever) I get a very sharp pain in my right knee. Its right on the kneecap. When I sit I can press on the kneecap with my hand and feel no pain whatsoever. 
      Can this just be overused? From couch stretches on hard floors etc? Any ideas? Mobs?

      When doing the couch stretch put an ab mat or folded towel under your knee.
      Quad/rectus femoris could be tight on that side.
