Hi Supples,
i am interested in info material for the bench press setup.
Especially, the loard and order sequence, bracing and arching. I also think that i still need a model for the lying-on-the-bench position as it differs from positions like deadlifting or squatting where you can precede the bracing sequence for standing positions.
