Hello all, my question is in regards to people who suffer from scoliosis or have had a rod inserted in their back… my question is can using different mob techniques on the back make a profound difference? Is it safe to do this? Also can someone who has scoliosis effectively do CrossFit?
Having the person work with mobility will improve their positioning.
Someone with scoliosis will have less tolerance for deviations in technique.
If something feels sketchy it is.
Effective scaling on needed skills/elements will help the person’s experience.
