Recently I was diagnosised that I had a scapular dyskinesia or a winging left shoulder blade. I have awful mobility in my upper body and I’ve been trying to improve it for the past 4 months but nothing has helped that much. I’m not sure what I should do to improve my movement there. Should I focus on my anterior shoulder and chest? Or my posterior shoulder, lat, serratus? What videos or things should I look up to improve my scapular movement?
