I’ve been having left shoulder issues for awhile. Pain around the top of my bicep during certain movements. Can always feel it whenever I do this:

Lately, I’ve noticed pain in the right side of my low back when performing some low weight tempo DB rows on a bench (DB in left hand feeling pain in right low back). Also tend to feel similar pain when lying down on ground (forehead on ground, sitting back on my heels. If I reach my left arm forward and externally rotate it and lift off the ground) Anyone have any experience with this or have any recommendations as to what could be the cause? Thanks
