I’m reaching out on here in hopes that someone can shed some light on how I keep getting this darn pain from my S.I. joint despite maintaining proper form (deadlifts) and even wearing a belt! It hits me every time and I can’t figure out how to avoid constantly getting this injury. Does anyone else experience this or know how to solve this issue?
