      I’m reaching out on here in hopes that someone can shed some light on how I keep getting this darn pain from my S.I. joint despite maintaining proper form (deadlifts) and even wearing a belt! It hits me every time and I can’t figure out how to avoid constantly getting this injury. Does anyone else experience this or know how to solve this issue?

      You may have something out of alignment.
      Is your pelvis out of position?
      Video tape so you can see exactly what you are doing when deadlifting

      I had a bunch of SI joint problems.  Doctor said it was due to sitting too much.
