I have a severely winged shoulder blade and rounded shoulders so i suffer pain in my left shoulder constantly throughout the day and night. This was due to neglecting the back and overwork on the pecs. I have stopped all work on my chest and am just trying to strengthen my back and have been mobilizing for about 40 minutes a day for about 6 months.i am now also doing all my school work at a standing desk to improve posture. My pelvis is also a little out as well so i am working on that too.I still surfer considerable pain and scapular still rounded. Does anyone know how long it takes to fix this and if what i am doing is correct. i am seeing an exercise physiologist about once a month too. Pleas Help!! Cheers
