So maybe a couple weeks ago I was snatching and at the bottom with the barbell overhead, I started to lose it forward. However, instead of just dropping the weight, I decided to pull the weight back into position. When I stood up from the lift, I noticed my shoulder had a slight pain whenever I pull my elbows up and rotate, like in a muscle snatch.
