I was playing softball with some friends, as I was swinging the bat I missed the ball and the momentum jerked my left shoulder back and I felt it really hurt. It’s my rotator cuff I am pretty sure. How can I speed up the process of healing? I workout 4-5 times a week with weights. IT was exactly a week ago this happened.
