      I’m an avid rock climber and triathlete. I joined this site looking for a way to improve my mobility to help my climbing while doing my normal endurance work. I’ll be incorporating the pre and post running and cycling movements into my routine but was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on which sport option most closely matches rock climbing.

      Hey Scott!

      For a triathlete I’d also incorporate the swimmer movements into your routine:

      Swimming

      For rock climbing days I think the general hip and shoulder warm up should do the trick!
