I wish to seek the communities advice on procedures to recover an athlete from bicep tendon injury. Specifically pain soreness from turnover movements Olympic lifts causes it.
I have been researching a solution so far, good daily positioning of shoulder, (slouching, bad shoulder position,)
Lengthening of shortened tissues on the back of the shoulder,
decreasing inflammation with diet, fish oils, reduction in gluten and alcahol etc.
Cultivating good general positioning on a daily basis and getting a strength plan to help strengthen the middle back, athlete general does boot camp training,
