Hi all thanks for reading, i have been having problems with my right shoulder especially after HSPU and T2B it doest hurt though when i do any overhead lifting though, i have been doing rotator cuff exercises but was wondering if anyone else has any advice? Thanks
Have you had anyone look at your HSPU and T2B technique?
There may be a deviation in technique which is impacting the situation.
