Hi there! I’ve passed all the mobility test but the one with feet together is completely impossible. It’s the only parte in my body that refused to open up. I tried the 14 days ankle mobility challenge before but somehow I always end up the same. I’ve seen some improvement in ranges of motion with strenght exercises like elevated calf raises but I’m missing the tibial rotation required to squat like Kelly does with feet together. My right tibia is also very stiff when I drive or walk. Thank you for any help!
