I was diagnosed with exertional rhabdo following a 12 mile ruck march about 10 days ago. Labs are all back to normal and I’ve been cleared for light physical activity by my doc. I wasn’t given much guidance as far as return to activity other than stay hydrated and take it slow. My body feels pretty stiff overall. I was wondering if you had any recommendations for where to start.
Start with an area which needs attention. If you are in pain start with the pain option and click the area of the body you want to address. There will be a prescription to work through and advanced techniques to address the area with different equipment.
