In the book, Kelly talks about moving the Shoulder Blades out of the way when starting this exercise. I am a bit confused as to what this means.
Should I be keeping my Shoulder Blades (Scapulae) retracted and down and then focus on getting my shoulder to touch the ground? Or does my Shoulder Blade positioning not matter and I should just focus on bringing my Shoulder sink to the ground using the KB.
