        So I am doing this exercise and I am having problems lowering my back while I am sitting. Kelly slightly leans down and I have slight upper back pain while I ma doing this. Is this normal or do I need to do a modified version of the exercise ?

            Pain is not normal.
            Is your back overextended?
            Are your hips tight?

            You may need to roll out your back.
