This past week in a squatting session I pulled my groin muscle or medial chain. I could not sleep that night, and any quick movement hurts now. I have been very cautious when standing up from a seated position because it hurts. I have read that rest is the only thing that will heal this injury. I have been icing the injury, taking ibuprofen, and flossing the area. What else would be recommended?? Should I be stretching the area also?
