      Hello Rudolf

      We recommend a tight shoulder gurdle. We don’t recommend staying lose at your shoulder or “hanging on your meat.” Create external rotation of the shoulder and engage the core keeping the rib cage down. Here is a video breaking down pull-up mechanics:
