I’ve been working box squats to correct my squat form and also doing some couch stretches and a little band work. Well now I’ve strained my hip flexor. I get some pain just walking around. Can’t take a long stride. It’s not the worst pain ever, but it’s definitely uncomfortable.
Should I continue my stretches? Do something different?
If you are experiencing pain you should not continue doing them.
If you think you are injuring yourself, STOP. Don’t over do it. More is not necessarily better.
It’s not the worst pain ever, but you are experiencing something which is not normal for you to experience.
Do mobility work with a different area.
