Our work with elite athletes serves as the proving grounds for our methods. Most people don’t play professional sports. But if our methods help athletes at the highest levels, they can work for anyone.
I am a high school strength coach. I have about 200 male athletes from every sport. My classes contain about 30 student-athletes each. Currently, I am about 85% finished with my MWOD 101 course. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for how to program such large groups. For example, what order to implement the techniques (ie. Tack and Floss, Banded Distraction, Voodoo Bands…).
