      hello everyone!

      About the overhead archetype. To do a repetition, my snatch grip has to be very wide. My hands rest on the sleeves of the barbell. That’s why my wrist hurts. Lying on my back I can’t put my hands near my ears, they hang in the air. Lying on my stomach my arms rest on the floor and it’s hard to lift them. In the overhead position, it is difficult to straighten my elbows. What are the right exercises for me?
