I am working up and downstream of my knee so hopefully this will address it. I’ve a good amount of discomfort in the back of my right knee when trying a very mild/moderate forward split.I feel this on both the inner and outer edge of the back of my knee, not in the middle or in the front. Unsure if this is muscular or tendon, and am wondering if any of the videos might address this. Regardless, I am experimenting – and until this releases I will be cautious in this movement.
