About 3 weeks ago I had a Bankart repair and ASD (arthroscopic subacromial decompression). Followed post surgery protocol, meaning I had my arm in a sling for 3 weeks.
Just started my physical therapy but now I have occasional pain around my SC joint, sternum (manubrium) and under my clavicle. It’s not bad, when I push on it, it radiates down my arm.
My question is, is this normal or has anyone experienced something like this?
