It keeps slipping out of place and is happening more frequently. He is in baseaball (it’s his non throwing arm) we looked it up and it’s called chronic-shoulder-instability. It has now happened 4 times. We will be taking him to a specialist and we know they are going to say surgery. But has anyone ever gone through this? Is there a shoulder regiment that we can try to help tighten those ligaments. Any help is appreciated.
