Does anybody else feel pigeon in their hamstrings rather than glutes and hip? I’m assuming this means my hammies need some tlc.
I have felt the hamstrings getting more attention when they’re sore/more sensitive, such as the day or two after a deadlift workout. Do you feel it in the hamstrings the majority of the time?
