I’ve had this problem for along time and only now fully addressing it. When I sit down my pelvis tilts forward and I dont just mean slightly either. Ive recently noticed when Im stood up if I go to raise my leg up straight I can only raise it about 5 inches from the ground. Does anyone know whats causing this and how I can fix it to increase my mobility.
I’ve noticed the front of my hips but more to the side are very tight.
