      Hey there,

I think that’s gonna be a silly question but I’m wondering whether you would suggest continuing regular training (sandbag, kettlebells, sprinting) or taking a rest after dealing with a pelvic tweak. My psoas, anerior hip, low back are still stiff, but I’m working on it. beside working on those areas any suggestions that could be considered?
Thanks for the help and support!

You’ll want to look at positioning/form/technique with the skill where the injury occurred to prevent it from happening again. You want to identify why it happened and address the cause.
