My wife is suffering from pelvic girdle pain after giving birth to our wee girl. That was 6 years ago. Pain not leaving although it has lessened in intensity. Any advice/ ideas welcome. Thanks.
May need to see a practitioner to identify what is going on and where to start. May need hands on therapy to restore movement of muscles and joints of the pelvis where this is not a new situation.
Remain active in pain free ranges/exercises.
Restoring correct movement patterns.
