Our work with elite athletes serves as the proving grounds for our methods. Most people don’t play professional sports. But if our methods help athletes at the highest levels, they can work for anyone.
Over the last few weeks, I developed a pain on the top of my right foot near the ankle. It hurts most in the morning, similar to plantar fasciitis, and I think it started after I tweaked my foot coming out of the pool a few weeks ago.
It feels a bit like I have to crack it and it will go away and a hard massage seems to help but when I walk it feels uncomfortable.
Anyone else experience something similar? What would be the best way to get in there on the top of my foot and mobilize it to work this out so I can run without pain?
