I have been experiencing pain on the instep/arch of my left foot recently. Every time I create torque by externally rotating at the hip, I am getting a pain in my left foot. I’m not sure if it is a faulty movement error or if my ankle is defaulting to a collapsed arch position to keep away from the pain. Any suggestions on any tests/retests or movements to adjust this?
