I’ve recently developed an impingement in what I think is the front of my hip capsule which hurts when my hip is externally rotated and flexed (as in the bottom of a squat).

I’ve tried a few hip exercise from BASL including couch stretch, banded distractions, super frog etc but nothing seems to be providing relief after a week or so.

The problem likely stems from spending many hours a day revising or being examined for my degree.

Any help would be much appreciated!
