While doing overhead squats I get a pain in my mid back around lower trap – upper latissium area. Its the only movement where I get this pain,
The pain is gets getter as I go down into the squat, I had 2 coaches right next to me and neither think it is due to bad form.
What is your starting shoulder positioning?
It may not be dialed in as well as it needs to be.
You may lock the position in better as you start to move.
