Hi there. When I’m doing Olympic lifts and go from narrow foot stance (start of the lift) to wide stance (middle, end of lift), my left foot is in pretty solid position, per Kelly’s instructions here: http://www.mobilitywod.com/2013/07/pro-episode-30-foot-weighting-jumping/

But the darn right foot turns out way too far…Burgener would kill me! Can’t seem to correct it. Any ideas on where the tightness is that’s causing this weirdness? And which Daily RX’s or Episodes might help?
      Thanks.

Could be ankle, knee, or hip
Your body is looking for slack within the system to compensate for whatever is tight/have a restriction?
