The Ready State Virtual Mobility Coach is like having a virtual Kelly Starrett in your pocket.
In my job, I am on my feet moving around for 8-12 hours a day. So i was wondering first what kind of shoe would you recommend to someone who is on their feet for that long and second are there any Mobility wods you would recommend or are geared toward someone in my situation. As for the shoes, I have seen recommendations on the Mwod videos and on the forums here on shoes for working out such as reeboks, converse, vans and DCs, pretty much any zero drop shoes. Do these recommendations also apply to a shoe you’re in for a good chunk of the day?

Flat no difference heel to toe or as little difference as you can find for the type of shoe needed for work.
Skate shoes are good a options DC, Vans, or Converse All Stars
