This is a big issue I’ve delt with since a sophomore in high school I’m 23 now. Which I think had caused alot of my issues upstream to hip, diaphragm shoulder and now elbow. But anyone who has had bad ankle sprains lateral mall will now. Mine didn’t heal well I guess. Compared to my right foot. My left ankle to this day is horrible in inversion and dorsiflexion. So not sure what needs to be released? That more peroneals and tibialis anterior that would restrict inversion and dorsiflexion or is that more solues and gastrocnemius? Thanks. Would like to get this ankle better and improve my ranges cause I believe that’s a big issue that has caused imbalances over the years for me. (all connected ya know.)
