I have embarrassingly noisy knees. For many years now I have had terrible crepitus, creaking, grinding noises from my knees, especially going downhill or downstairs, doing squats, lunges. It’s not particularly painful, though I don’t run or bounce on them too much for fear of breaking them. Is there anything I can do to improve this grinding?
