Hi guysWanted to show you my extremely flexible body trying to snatch lol.I am trying to see what elements are the biggest factor in my inability to go to full dept. My thougts are the ankles mostly because if I wear these shoes( and I even have an extra heel inside the shoe lol) and stand on a 10kg plate as well I can go down into full dept no problem!!Safe to say my hip and ankle mobility sucks and I am on the path of improving but not having a lot of success, mainly my ankles are just stuck even though I have a standing desk at work and I spend most of the day stretching and mobilizing the ankle and the calves…Looking at the start position I need to improve my hamstrings I think? Can you give me any pointers on what muscles I need lengthening just to get in the proper position??
