      Hello everyone, thanks for your help in advance.
      I’ve currently come to the conclusion that the only way I’ll consistently get myself into the gym is if I do before work. I’ve heard on a podcast that Kelly doesn’t think its the best for mobility though. Do you guys have any tips for bridging the gap between the non ideal AM workouts and the ideal PM workouts?
