One of my main hindrances in my morning meditation practice is that I tend to be stiffer in the mornings, which is fine, but it’s difficult to find a sitting meditation posture that works for me. Seiza and butterfly work best, but I tend to become tense in my back, sometimes neck and hips, from the early sitting.
I am new to TRS and am wondering if there are any basic ~10 minute morning movements I can do before sitting for ~30 minutes? Thanks!
