Anyone here ever have a sports hernia (different than a regular inguinal hernia)? From what I understand it comes about from the pubic bone getting pulled down by the adductors causing damage/tears where the obliques insert into the pubic bone. The weird thing is I’ve worked my adductors a fair bit with the foam roller but I think the higher ones way up near the hip crease may be the culprit (pectineus, adductor brevis, etc, not the longer adductor magnus that stretch along the femur). I’m curious what mobs you would recommend for the high adductors.
Yes you may bee= working on you adductors, but there may be a more effective way to address them in relation to this situation.
