I’ve recently suffered a nasty bout of a Flu-like virus and I’m aching all over and feeling as stiff as a board. Any advice as to when it would be safe to resume some mobility work?
I currently have a sore Achilles and so had been working on trying to mobilise that area. Any tips on that problem also gratefully received.
